You can download the Lab only as a basic package which contains
the most important components. The download of additional
instruments is possible via the "Marketplace" of Eclipse inside the
Lab via its menu bar. Please select the 
the Welcome Screen or
"Eclipse Marketplace ..." under the menu item "Help" in the menu
bar. The following tools are available only by additional
download:
